Our Teams undertake the design
of products from
initial concept to
production release. We will work in partnership with you to research markets;
produce high level and detailed marketing requirements so that the product exceeds your
expectations - and those of your customers.
We then agree the scope of our work
with you and undertake feasibility of the project. Once all high level aspects
of the project are agreed, we produce the detailed engineering specifications,
undertaking the high level and
detailed electronic hardware, software and PCB design. We then take the
product design through DFX, prototyping, product integration,
full V&V conformance testing, technical and market trial management - right through to
NPI and product launch.
We are with you throughout the
project lifecycle
By providing complete management of
the entire project, then real time risk analysis and issue management is
effected openly and rapidly, ensuring fully compliant solutions which are on
time - and on budget.
We have achieved worldwide success across a
diverse range of product types, typically specialising in
the converging telecommunications market; Voice and Data CPE.
Through our extensive
contacts with procurement (buying) partners in the UK, we are also able to place
CEM's with major purchasing partners in the UK. Likewise we have strong
links with Far East CEM's and can place and manage manufacturing contracts for
UK customers when wishing to cost reduce their products.

Design For eXcellence, hence the manufacturing model is defined at the outset - ensuring best practise for the widely differing European and Far East CEM production models.
