PCB Design Bureau - Rapid Prototyping - Board AssemblyOur in house design team can undertake a large variety of PCB designs, either as part of a full product design or as a standalone bespoke project A design is progressed from the initial customer input, to full schematic capture, Bill of Materials (BOM) generation, Netlist generation, Ratsnest, then autoroute or manual routing through to the completed PCB design files. Board designs are reviewed by our hardware engineers for EMC compatibility and electrical safety requirements. BOM data can include part field data such as your own part numbers, build levels, bin locations, process information etc and can be exported in a format to import into your own BOM or part number management software. Fast turnaround of the PCB (from 24 hours) is possible due to our close links with PCB manufacturing partners, or we can simply supply the data required for your own CEM to undertake manufacture. Test fixture data, Pick & Place data, NC drill and CAD data are also generated as required. Our designs are used for prototyping as well as mass production quantities - in the UK and overseas.
